As we all navigate continued challenges with COVID-19 pandemic, we want to first, thank you for your ongoing support. We value YOU our amazing and loyal client and of course your precious pet(s). We want you to know that you and your pet(s) care are our current focus and number one priority!
For the time being, we remain curbside only for YOUR health and safety as well as the health and safety of our staff. Restricting public access to the hospital by providing Curbside Concierge service for you and your pet enables us to maintain social distancing guidelines and abide by the recommendations of our government and medical experts, within the constraints of our profession.
Please call 501-843-3559 to let us know you’ve arrived for your pet’s appointment. Someone will come out to retrieve your pet and at the end of your pet’s appointment, we will accompany your pet back out to your car and discuss our findings, our recommended treatment plan, and ongoing care, with you.
If you simply need to pick up food, prescriptions, or supplies we can have these items ready upon your arrival. Just call ahead letting us know what you need, then let us know when you’ve arrived, so we can bring your order to your car.
Please realize we are working as hard as we can to keep up with patient care, including the high number of emergency cases coming to our doors.
